Speaker's Biography ‑ Adam Vane, Managing Partner
Adam Vane, the managing partner of Paragon Global Consulting, has over 20 years of experience helping leaders break through their upper limits to achieve outstanding professional and personal results. A sought after speaker, he presents internationally to members of Vistage and YPO, the world’s most prominent chief executive organizations and is a Mentor Coach for the Columbia University Coaching Certification Program. Blending cutting edge neuroscientific techniques with highly effective communication strategies, he has worked with Fortune 500 companies, family businesses and non-profit organizations across the globe. He is an adjunct instructor for the Department of Organization and Change at New York University and an instructor of coaching, facilitation and team dynamics for Columbia’s Executive Master’s Program in Strategic Communication. He holds an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a B.S. in Business Management from Tulane University. He trains leaders from the United Nations to lead teams, face down hostile press interviews and negotiate with rebel factions in countries such as Afghanistan, Jordan and the Sudan.
